We ship to anywhere in Australia, including PO Boxes. If you are overseas and would like to place an order- please contact us on the About page and we will quote you for international freight.

So when will I get my stuff?
Orders are normally processed within 24 – 48 hours of online purchase. Depending on the products ordered, shipping might take around 1-3 days. (Disclaimer: We try to be expedient on our end, however, the rest is up to Australia Post. )

NOTE: Products with no color options are chosen at random, so check to see if the item you are ordering has a options before confirming the order.

How can I track my order?
All orders that are processed with eParcel will have tracking ability. Please note that tracking with Australia Post is not live. In most cases, the Australia Post Tracking Website will not show anything before the shipment has been scanned at the point of its destination. If you know the tracking number of your shipment you can track it here. Alternatively, you can contact Australia Post direct by calling 137 678.

Do you offer international shipping?
Please contact us on our About page before you order to confirm that we can send things to your specific location. The buyer is also responsible for ensuring that items purchased through this site are legal for purchase in your country.

How can I return a faulty item?
Email us from our About page and include the product name, date of purchase, your full name, and the shipping address. We’ll take anything back within a 30-day period except consumable or perishable items (food, drinks, and batteries like items). Instructions on how to return items may vary and will be emailed back to you depending the item. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
